PRINT-ON-DEMAND LOGISTICS
Our physical assets are produced and fulfilled by third party providers: Printful and Tapstitch. Because these items are manufactured individually upon request, the following rules apply:

1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect size selection (Please consult the specific sizing guides on each product page before committing).
Used, washed, or worn items.

2. REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
We will issue a replacement or full refund for items that are:
Damaged in transit (Physical compromise of the product).
Defective/Misprinted (Materially different from the design shown).
Lost in transit (If the tracking signal goes dead past the estimated delivery window).

HOW TO LODGE A CLAIM

2. Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damage or misprint.
3. Resolution: Once the defect is verified with our fulfillment partners, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 14 business days.

Digital Downloads: PDF reports, high res image files, and data files are non-refundable once accessed.
Patreon Memberships: Managed via the Patreon platform. You can terminate your clearance at any time to prevent future charges.
